HD Cinema has a quick review of the latest Phantom up. 720P at 6900Fps.
The Australian Cinematographers Society Annual General Meeting of the Victorian branch was held at Lemac was held today. Somehow I have become a member of the new General Committee.
I’ve had a few requests to post some Steadicam sequences. Here are a few recent ones from some as yet unreleased features.
These are rough cuts, and both SD and HD versions are available.
Art Adams has posted an exposure test using the improved Rec.709 colour space of the Red Build 20. Things appear to have improved somewhat, finally.

Finally, many months after release, an independent reviewer has published a quick hands on review. Nothing like a full test mind you, but a start. It does make one wonder why Panasonic won’t supply cameras for a full review?

Art Adams has an article on Pro Video Coalition on the Canon 5D in video mode on a recent production. It seems to be pretty limited in practice, but produces nice images within those limits.
